The pet cremation process

At Patch & Purr, unlike traditional pet cremation, your pet will be cremated alone. Thanks to our unique Pet Tracker 360 technology, you will receive the ashes of your pet, and only your pet.

From the initial conversation with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members to the day of cremation, you will feel reassured your loved one is being cared for just as you cared for them in life.

Our South Coast location in Kanahooka and up north in Morisset offer a comfortable and quiet space to say a final farewell to your pet. We even have a viewing window into the cremation room so that you can be by your pet’s side each step of the way.

Why choose a pet cremation?

Pet cremation is an increasingly popular choice for bereaved pet owners. Scatter your loyal friend’s ashes in their favourite spot or buy an urn to keep your pet in your home long after they have passed.

Before pet cremation, pet burial was a very popular option for families wanting to keep their loved one at home. However, pet burial can become a problem when you move house or situation changes.

Dog Cremation Prices

We offer a variety of pricing plans to match your budget and needs. Dog cremations can vary from community cremations, where your pet is cremated alongside other pets and you receive a share of the ashes, to private cremations, where you only receive your pet’s ashes.

The cost of a dog cremation varies depending on your dog’s weight and what level of service you require, including home visits and urns. Take a look at our pricing plans page to learn more about the cost of cremating a dog.
