Located in South Windsor, this facility cares for pets both small and large, horses and livestock across Sydney metro, the Penrith, Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst Blacktown, Parramatta, Hills District, and Central Coast. Currently, we visit the Central Coast Monday, Wednesday & Friday excluding public holidays. Visitors to this facility are by appointment only.

If your pet passes away suddenly at home we will always endeavour to get to you as soon as we can, however there are times when we are just not able to get to you as quickly as we would like. In this case we will recommend one of our local vet partners you can take your beloved pet to, who will care for them until we are able to bring them into our care.

Meet Our People

Ana

Location Manager

Ana has had an extensive career in the corporate sector working in management and leadership roles across a number of industries including human funerals prior to joining the Patch & Purr team. The beating heart of Ana's family and the love of her life is Pepper, a 12 year old Koolie. They have been together since Pepper was 8 weeks of age.  "I know how devastating it is to lose a beloved furry family member….so to be able to offer families exceptional service and give them reassurance that their beloved will be treated respectfully, gently and with the greatest care, is rewarding. To care for the deceased entrusted to us is an honour."

Aleigh

Driver / Cremator

Aleigh is a passionate animal lover starting her career working  in kennels and catteries, and as a dog groomer. She has even spent time providing end-of-life-care to people, working as a mortician in human funerals prior to joining the Patch & Purr team. Her amazing dog, Blaze, is an 8 year old Kelpie x Cattle Dog. Together these best buddies have travelled Australia competing in the canine sport of Dock Dogs, which Blaze is the Australiasian top dog.
For Aleigh being able to look after the furbabies that are no longer with us means the world to her. "I am so humbled to be trusted with our clients precious little ones and I know that I will look after them with so much love and care and I will treat them like my own. Making what may be the worst day of that owners life a little bit more comforting and ensuring them their baby is in the best hands is why I am here."
